How It All Began: A Personal Story
Vantisgo did not emerge from a business idea, but from the honest realization of an entrepreneur that he himself was the limiting factor of his success.
The Beginning: Naivety Meets Audacity
At 17, Frederik founded his first company. At prom, he told the security service he could do their job better. So he started selling security services in packages rather than by the hour - including insurance, DJs, and more.
Over the years, he built numerous companies. The third one was relatively large. From the outside, everything looked perfect: fiancee, golf in the morning, the perfect entrepreneurial life.
"But inside, it didn't really feel right. On the outside it was the perfect picture, but inside I hated the things I had to do."

The Moment of Truth
Then Frederik happened to cross paths with a coach, and after one conversation he knew what needed to be done. Thrilled by the format, he booked another coaching session. After the coaching, it became clear what was going wrong. The honest questions brought clarity:
How do I become more relaxed again?
How can I let go more without losing control?
How can I run a company that truly brings me joy and fits who I am?
The realization: The limiting factor for a happy entrepreneurial life was himself.
The Transformation
Frederik sold all parts of his company until only his father, one other employee, and himself remained. Then he rebuilt his company - with the right people and the right focus.
He systematically learned how to run a company, how to become a good leader, and how to create systems that work. The crucial questions became his driving force:
